Career & Employment Services

PURE’s Career & Employment Services prepare teens for real-world success by equipping them with the tools, confidence, and professionalism needed to enter the workforce. We provide hands-on support with resume building, skillset assessments, and job readiness training that teaches responsibility, communication, time management, and workplace leadership.
Students also learn essential interviewing etiquette, proper dress attire, and how to make wise decisions when choosing the right job opportunity.
Our team hosts job fairs and connects qualified teens with employers once they have successfully completed the Leaders in Training requirement. Through coaching, preparation, and real-world practice, PURE helps young people step into employment with confidence, clarity, and character.

Group Sessions: Connect, Learn, and Grow Together

PURE Group Sessions provide school-aged children and teenagers with a safe, supportive space to express themselves, connect with peers facing similar challenges, and engage in meaningful conversations guided by experienced coaches. These sessions focus on healing, confidence-building, emotional awareness, leadership, and developing healthy coping skills. Through open dialogue, interactive activities, and mindset-shifting topics, youth gain the tools to navigate life’s pressures, strengthen character, and build positive relationships. Each session is designed to empower students to grow, reflect, and step into their best selves — mentally, emotionally, and socially.

Elementary Bully Not Program

The Bully-Not Program is a fun, interactive, and empowering elementary school initiative designed to teach young children how to recognize, prevent, and rise above bullying. Through age-appropriate activities, storytelling, role-playing, and positive behavior challenges, students learn kindness, confidence, emotional awareness, and how to stand up for themselves and others in safe ways.
This program builds a strong foundation of respect and responsibility early, helping children create a school culture where everyone feels valued, seen, and supported.

Self Therapy

The Self-Therapy Program helps youth take full ownership of their choices, actions, and behavior—both good and bad. Through its three components — Team Ownership, Reboot, and Reboot: The Next Level — students learn accountability, decision-making, reflection, and personal growth skills.
Working hand-in-hand with PURE Group Sessions, Self-Therapy gives youth the structure and support to recognize patterns, correct negative behaviors, and build stronger character from the inside out.
